What to include
- your Discord user ID;
- the Discord server ID, when the request concerns a server;
- a clear description of the problem or request;
- the command, feature, moderation case, alert, profile, fleet, roster, or crew involved; and
- screenshots or timestamps when they are helpful and safe to share.
Never send a Discord token, bot token, password, backup code, payment credential, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Privacy requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of data associated with your Discord account. Server owners or authorized administrators may also request deletion of server-scoped configuration where appropriate.
State whether the request is for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or another privacy right. Reasonable verification may be required through the affected Discord account before changes are made.
Security reports
Describe the issue privately and do not publicly disclose secrets, personal data, or a working exploit. Include only the minimum steps needed to reproduce the problem. Do not test against other users or servers without permission.
Server moderation disputes
Routine moderation decisions are made by the server’s owners and administrators. Contact that server’s staff first. The Operator may review a report involving Bot abuse, a security problem, or a violation of the Bot’s Terms, but does not act as an appeals court for every server moderation decision.
